Lori H. Conroy

Lori attended the University of North Dakota School of Law where she graduated with distinction and was selected for the Order of the Barristers and the Order of the Coif.

Lori focused her legal education and co-curricular activities in the area of trial advocacy. Lori was a two-year member of the University of North Dakota School of Law Trial Team. Lori's team won the Regional 12 Texas Young Lawyers Association trial competition and earned the right to compete against the top trial teams in the country at the National Trial Competition in San Antonio, Texas in the Spring of 2009.

As a student attorney in the Clinical Legal Education Program Lori worked on several housing and employment litigation matters. Lori also participated in Moot Court and the Carrigan Cup, the law school's intramural trial competition, and received several awards for brief writing and advocacy.

Lori received leadership recognition from both the School of Law and the University of North Dakota by being named the 2009 ALI-ABA Scholarship and Leadership Award Winner and a 2009 Outstanding Student Leader.

As a member of the Law Review, Lori wrote an article advocating for a change in the way sex offender risk is assessed and reviewed in North Dakota. Lori's article is published in Volume 85, Number 1 of the North Dakota Law Review.

Lori obtained her undergraduate degree in Broadcast Journalism from South Dakota State University. Prior to attending law school, Lori spent three years working in television news as a reporter, anchor and producer.

Lori plans to focus her practice in the area of litigation.

Lori and her husband Shane live in south Fargo with their son Luke.
