Todd's practice involves general civil litigation with concentrations in products liability (particularly toxic torts), professional liability, commercial dispute litigation and personal injury/wrongful death litigation. Manufacturers he represents include Ingersoll-Rand/Bobcat and CNH America. His insurance clients include St. Paul-Travelers, Harleysville Insurance and Shand Morahan & Co. Todd is named as one of North Dakota's top commercial litigators by Chambers USA.

Todd has earned certification as a Civil Trial Advocate from the National Board of Trial Advocacy and has also been admitted to the American Board of Trial Advocates. Todd is a qualified ADR neutral.

A native of Fargo, Todd and his wife, Ann, have two grown children and three grandchildren.  He enjoys sailing, hiking, hunting and Alpine skiing.
