Mandy R. Maxon

Mandy's primary practice areas are criminal defense and estate planning, probate, and elder law. She received her undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, in criminal justice from Minot State University and received her law degree, with distinction, from the University of North Dakota School of Law, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif. Prior to joining the Vogel Law Firm in 2004, Mandy clerked for the Cass County District Court in Fargo, North Dakota. Mandy also teaches law-related topics at Bismarck State College.
Mandy is originally from McLaughlin, South Dakota. Her husband, Aaron, is a CPA partner at Eide Bailly, LLP. They have two sons, who are the focus of their attention outside working hours. Mandy's family enjoys home improvement projects and playing sports and games.
