Jeffrey C. Nelson Jeff's practice is focused on business transactions and banking and commercial finance. His practice involves advising clients with respect to all aspects of their businesses, including business formation, corporate governance, contract review and operations and mergers and acquisitions. In addition, he advises lenders and borrowers in connection with commercial lending and financing transactions. Jeff received his law degree from the University of Illinois College of Law, summa cum laude, where he was a member of Order of the Coif. His undergraduate degree is in finance from the University of Illinois. Prior to joining the firm, Jeff was an associate at Baker & Daniels, LLP in Indianapolis. Jeff and his wife are natives of Central Illinois. They live in Bismarck with their three daughters. Jeff enjoys spending time with his family and hunting and fishing.
