Steven E. Noack

Steven E. Noack is a native of Carrington, North
Dakota. He earned his Juris Doctor from Cornell
University, Ithaca, New York, and his Bachelor of
Business Administration from Notre Dame
University, South Bend, Indiana. He is a Certified
Public Accountant.

Steve's practice is concentrated in the areas of securities and corporate transactions, emerging companies, telecommunications, cooperatives and bio-fuels/wind power.

Upon graduating from law school in 1985, Steve
worked for five (5) years as an Assistant Attorney
General for the state of North Dakota, serving as
counsel to numerous agencies including the State
Banking Commissioner and the Bank of North
Dakota. In 1989, he was awarded the Attorney
General's award of Attorney of the Year in recognition
for his service. In 1990, he left the Attorney
General's Office and entered private practice in
Phoenix, AZ, where he practiced in the areas of corporate
law and complex commercial litigation. He
returned to North Dakota in 1994, and commenced
private practice in this region.
