Bernard E. Reynolds

Bernie's area of concentration is civil litigation, including general liability, medical and professional malpractice, property damage, and personal injury. He is admitted to all state and federal courts in North Dakota and Minnesota, and he is board certified as a trial specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Bernie has also served as a mediator and arbitrator in civil matters, and he has handled numerous jury trials and appeals to a successful conclusion.

Bernie served in the U. S. Air Force from 1967 to 1971. In 1977 he graduated cum laude from Minnesota State University Moorhead, and he earned his J.D. degree with distinction from the University of North Dakota in 1987. Between law school and private practice, he served as a law clerk for the Honorable Rodney S. Webb of the U.S. District Court for the District of North Dakota.

Bernie and his wife Renae, a Court Officer in Fargo, have two grown children, Brendan and Alison. They all enjoy spending time together at the lake. Bernie has coached youth baseball and football over the years, and he often serves as a judge for youth mock trial competitions.
