Robin Schmidt

Robin's areas of concentration include family/domestic law and general litigation in both Minnesota and North Dakota. Prior to joining the firm, she was a law clerk for the Honorable William Neumann of the North Dakota Supreme Court.

Robin provides a wide range of services to clients. She litigates complex divorce and paternity actions, post-judgment child custody and visitation disputes, spousal support/alimony actions and child support actions. She also negotiates divorce and custody agreements, and handles adoptions.

Robin received her undergraduate degree in Social Work from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, North Dakota. She graduated with distinction from the University of North Dakota School of Law and was elected to the Order of the Coif. While in law school, Robin was the managing editor of the North Dakota Law Review.

Robin grew up on her family farm near Benedict, North Dakota. She enjoys quilting, traveling and spending time with family.
