H. Patrick Weir, Jr. Pat has litigated a wide variety of wrongful death, personal injury, and product liability cases to verdict in federal and state courts throughout North Dakota and Minnesota. His practice is concentrated on helping those individuals and families who have suffered catastrophic losses following injury or death resulting from an accident or use of a defective product. He received his undergraduate degree in 1985 from the College of St. Scholastic in Duluth, Minnesota, and is a 1989 graduate of the University of Denver College of Law. Pat and his wife, Kathy, are both originally from the Fargo-Moorhead area and are the parents of four children. Pat enjoys spending his free time with his family, attending sporting events, down-hill skiing, golfing, and other school-related events. Pat and Kathy also enjoy volunteering their time to work with their children's schools, athletic youth groups, and their church.
