Snyder Gokey was recently published as one of eight attorneys to author chapters in Aspatore Books’ Inside the Minds: Counseling Clients on Worksite Enforcement (2010) available from West Publishing (http://west.thomson.com/productdetail/163198/40927575/productdetail.aspx).

The publisher’s description of the book, from its back cover, states:

Counseling Clients on Worksite Enforcement provides an authoritative, insider’s perspective on the reasons and laws behind the government’s focus on workplace investigations and how to best prepare clients. Featuring attorneys from some of the nation’s leading law firms, these experts guide the reader through the intricacies of an ICE investigation, with an emphasis on how employment-related immigration laws are being applied, factors that trigger an inspection, notification response requirements, and employer obligations during a raid. From assigning responsibilities and evaluating program costs to conducting internal audits and understanding the E-Verify system, these top lawyers reveal strategies for developing a successful compliance program. Additionally, these leaders discuss the attorney’s role in worksite enforcement situations and analyze recent cases and changes to legislation and policy. The different niches represented and the breadth of perspectives presented enable readers to get inside some of the great legal minds of today, as these experienced lawyers offer up their thoughts around the keys to success within this dynamic field.
