Drew J. Hushka

Drew grew up in South Fargo, where he attended Shanley High School. After graduating Shanley, he received his undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice, cum laude, from North Dakota State University. While at NDSU, Drew played varsity football for the Bison. During that time, Drew was a multiple letter award winner, a member of the National Football Foundation Hampshire Honor Society, selected to the ESPN Academic All-District VII University Division Second Team, and a William V. Campbell Trophy semifinalist.

Following his undergraduate studies, Drew attended the Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law. At Penn State Law, Drew served as Editor-in-Chief of the school’s Yearbook on Arbitration and Mediation, and was vice-president of Penn State’s Phi Delta Phi legal honors society. While at Penn State Law, Drew also served as a judicial extern to Judge William W. Caldwell of the U.S. District Court of the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Upon graduating Penn State Law, Drew immediately returned home and began working for the Vogel Law Firm. Drew currently practices civil and criminal litigation in our Fargo office.

Drew currently lives in Fargo with his wife and their rescue dog. In his spare time, Drew enjoys going to the lakes, cooking, reading, watching sports, and working on his pitiful golf game.
