W. Todd Haggart

Todd Haggart is a trial lawyer who was born and raised in Fargo. He graduated from the S. J. Quinney College of Law at The University of Utah in 1975 and has been engaged in civil litigation practice ever since. Todd is board-certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Legal Specialty Certification. He practices in all state and federal courts of North Dakota and has tried numerous cases to verdict. His areas of concentration include business dispute litigation, products liability, professional liability, personal injury, construction, and oil and gas litigation. Todd also handles disputes in arbitration.

Todd has been elected to membership in the American Board of Trial Advocates. He has been recognized as a "Super Lawyer" in products liability defense in the Great Plains region as well as in the Business Edition of that publication. He is ranked by Chambers and Partners (USA) in Chambers' top tier of commercial litigators in North Dakota. Todd is a former officer and member of the management team of Vogel Law Firm.

Todd and his wife, Ann, have two grown children and five grandchildren. He enjoys reading, sailing, hiking and Alpine skiing.
