Mergers and acquisitions: We represent clients in all aspects of these transactions, including drafting and negotiating agreements, due diligence, advising on regulatory compliance, reviewing and preparing closing documentation, and conducting closings.

Buyouts and transfers: We work with clients to plan for structure and complete ownership transfers, including in the context of buyouts in closely held businesses and business successions in family-owned companies. Real estate transactions and leasing: We counsel and represent clients with respect to all stages and various types of commercial real estate transactions, including both sale and purchase transactions, seller-financing and sale-leaseback transactions, and tax-deferred property exchanges. We also review, draft and negotiate commercial leases on behalf of landlords and tenants.
