Beth is an attorney in our Grand Forks, North Dakota office.

Beth is a South Dakota native, who attended the University of North Dakota for her undergraduate degree, and the University of North Dakota School of Law for her law degree. While at the University of North Dakota, Beth received numerous academic honors, was Managing Editor of the North Dakota Law Review, and externed for the Honorable Kermit E. Bye with the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. Beth was also elected to the Order of the Coif and Order of the Barristers.

Before she joined Vogel Law Firm, Beth worked for a large, Minneapolis-based law firm in Fargo, North Dakota, where she represented businesses, employers, financial institutions, lenders, and cooperatives, among others. She assists businesses with general corporate matters, including compliance, contract drafting, entity formation, real estate, securities, and mergers and acquisitions, and often acts as outside general counsel for businesses. She also has extensive practice experience in employment law and routinely advises employers on leave matters, employee handbooks and policies, wage and hour compliance, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and trade secrets violations.

Beth's practice focuses on business, corporate, and employment law. She has been a member of the North Dakota State Bar since 2014 and a member of the Minnesota State Bar since 2015. Beth is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court of North Dakota and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Beth is married and has one child. Outside of work, she enjoys keeping up with her active son, reading, the outdoors, and UND hockey.
