Rusch, Charlotte S.
Charlotte is an attorney in the Fargo office, currently practicing in the areas of civil and commercial litigation. Charlotte served as law clerk to Justice Carol Ronning Kapsner of the North Dakota Supreme Court during the 2010-2011 term, and then practiced commercial and civil litigation with a private firm in Fargo before joining Vogel.
Charlotte grew up primarily in Berthold, North Dakota, but has lived all over the state of North Dakota in Upham, Minot, Berthold, Grand Forks, Medora, Bismarck, and Fargo. She received her B.A. from the University of North Dakota. Following her undergraduate studies, Charlotte first attended Syracuse University College of Law in Syracuse, New York, and then transferred to the University of North Dakota School of Law. Charlotte received her Juris Doctor degree, with distinction, from UND. While at UND, Charlotte was a published member of Law Review, and participated in the Native American Law Students Association National Moot Court competition.
In her free time, Charlotte enjoys spending time with her husband and their three big dogs. Charlotte also enjoys watching sports and reading.
