Diane is an associate in the Bismarck office, concentrating on estate planning, estate administration, real property, energy and land use issues. Diane has extensive experience in the field of oil and gas law with an emphasis on federal land use and development issues within Indian reservations.

Diane graduated with distinction from the University of North Dakota School of Law and was inducted into the Order of the Barristers and Order of the Coif. Diane was named Best Oralist of the 2009 National Native American Law Students Association Moot Court Competition, Boulder, Colorado. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Carroll College, Helena, Montana.

Prior to joining [nap_names id=”FIRM-NAME-1″], Diane’s practice included drafting oil and gas title opinions, assignments of interests, stipulations, and settlement agreements and advising clients regarding other property and contract issues.

Diane is a member of the SBAND Lawyer Assistance Program Committee and Bismarck-Mandan Elks Lodge, and Bisman Community Food Cooperative. Diane is a native of Idaho Falls, Idaho.
