U.S. Department of Labor Issues Long-Awaited Overtime Regulations

As expected, the U.S. Department of Labor (“DOL”) issued its long-awaited final regulations increasing the minimum salary threshold for “exempt” employees under the federal Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”) today.
