The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) has released the workplace poster that must be posted by any covered employer under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA).

An employer’s posting requirement is satisfied by posting the poster in a conspicuous place on the work premises, e-mailing or direct mailing the poster to employees, or posting the poster to an internal or external website.
