Bennett is an associate in our Bismarck office, concentrating on land use, environmental, and natural resource issues. A native of Mandan, North Dakota, Bennett attended the University of North Dakota where he studied history and geography.
Following his time at UND, Bennett attended the University of Wyoming College Of Law where he graduated with honors in May of 2016. While in law school, he participated in the Energy, Environment, and Natural Resource Pathways program. Prior to joining Vogel Law Firm, Bennett practiced in the areas of real estate and timber law in northern Minnesota. In his practice with Vogel, Bennett provides advice and counsel to environmental and natural resource clients. More specifically, Bennett represents landowners, governmental bodies, and businesses of all sizes with various environmental and regulatory needs, including navigating state and local permitting requirements for water resource and wind energy development projects.
Bennett is licensed to practice in the states of North Dakota, Minnesota, and Montana.
When not practicing law, Bennett spends his time with his wife, Lisa, their son, Olin, and pup, Noka.
