Meet Caleb
Caleb is an associate attorney with a concentration in construction law, energy law, and legal research/writing. He provides strategic legal guidance and drafts legal documents pertaining to construction and energy law. He also practices in general civil litigation, providing legal services to a wide variety of clients.
Caleb earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Mississippi School of Law where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. Caleb’s strong commitment to scholarship enhances the depth and quality of service he provides to his clients. At the University of Mississippi Journal of Space Law, he authored and co‑authored articles on orbital spectrum allocation, lunar governance principles, and intellectual property protection in outer space. He also published an article in the Journal of Air Law and Commerce about potential legal avenues to enable the return of supersonic commercial flight. Before joining Vogel Law Firm, he externed with NASA’s Mississippi Space Grant Consortium, served as a summer associate at Burchfield Law Firm, and worked as a legal assistant at Blue Grass Army Depot, where he gained experience with government contracts and regulatory compliance.
