Nick is an attorney in the Fargo office whose practice is built on delivering results for business and individual clients alike. His practice focuses primarily on business and shareholder litigation, partnership and governance disputes, contract enforcement matters, and other business disputes.  In addition, Nick frequently assists clients with commercial litigation matters, trust and estate litigation, and serves as outside counsel for several area businesses regarding governance matters. 

Nick advises closely held companies and individuals at critical junctions, whether they are addressing corporate governance structures, navigating partnership disputes, or dealing with other business-related issues.  When litigation becomes unavoidable, Nick draws on his strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and litigation experience to help his clients develop an effective litigation strategy. Clients appreciate Nick’s accessible, straightforward communication style and his commitment to understanding not only the legal issues, but the business context behind them.  

A native of southwestern Minnesota, outside of the office, Nick enjoys hunting, golfing, and spending time with his wife, family, and friends.
