norgard-tami-(warm-background)[1].jpgIn an effort to find a solution to the catastrophic flooding in the Fargo-Moorhead region, the governors of North Dakota and Minnesota have joined together and created a 16-member task force. The task force made up of representatives from both states, including some who have opposed the project, is expected to find a solution that protects the lives, homes, and properties in the Fargo-Moorhead region and addresses upstream and downstream concerns.
