Marlaina joined Vogel Law Firm in September of 2023. She works primarily in the area of bankruptcy and collections.

She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Paralegal Studies from Minnesota State University Moorhead in 1999. With over 23 years of experience, Marlaina has a legal background in real estate, corporate, and covenant-controlled communities.
Marlaina lives in Moorhead with her 3 children, and enjoys regularly watching football, cooking and baking.
