Whitney counsels clients in the areas of estate planning, oil and gas, probate, trust administration. She works with clients in various stages of life – young professionals, families with young children, business owners, and farmers planning for succession. Whitney received her undergraduate degree cum laude from the University of North Dakota. She graduated from the University of Denver Sturm Collect of Law with awards for scholastic excellence. Seth maintains a labor and employment law, construction law, and general litigation practice in our Bismarck office. He is a licensed master electrician and has experience handling construction claims involving a wide variety of issues on projects including industrial facilities, commercial facilities, hotels, retail development, residential housing, and road and highway projects. Diane concentrates her practice on probate and trust administration, real property, energy and land use, and general civil litigation. Diane has extensive experience in the field of oil and gas law. She assists clients navigating estate and trust administration disputes with skill, care and compassion. Diane graduated with distinction from the University of North Dakota School of Law and was inducted into the Order of the Barristers for excellence in advocacy and Order of the Coif for academic achievement.
